Bosch: partnership with Bouygues for smart factory

(CercleFinance.com) - Bosch France and Bouygues Energies & Services today said that they are joining forces to develop the "smart and flexible" factory.


Digital transformation is at work to redraw the industrial landscape in France: the factory of tomorrow will be more digital, agile and robotised, with production processes and buildings that are ever more flexible: IoT, RFID, digitised logistics, supervision, optimisation of production management, predictive maintenance, both companies explained.

To support industrial players in their transfer towards industry 4.0, Bosch and Bouygues Energies & Services have signed a commercial partnership, a joint approach combining the performance of Bosch hardware and software solutions and consulting, with Bouygues Energies & Services' expertise of a contractor and integrator.

Consultations are underway for the initial joint consultancy services, as part of future digitised factory constructions for SMEs or large companies.
