Accenture: completes acquisition of Einr AS

(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Einr AS, a high-volume logistics solutions consultancy using SAP technologies to optimise the flow of products from manufacturers to consumers.
It is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

The acquisition strengthens Accenture's SAP capabilities and helps it accelerate the reinvention of the supply chain for companies in the retail and consumer electronics industries.

Approximately 42 people will join the Accenture SAP Business Group in the Nordic countries.

The financial terms of the deal, as announced on 28 April 2023, were not disclosed.
