Accenture: acquisition of French consulting firm Exton

(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday Accenture announced that it had reached an agreement to acquire the French consulting firm Exton Consulting, a strategy and management consulting firm that is specialised in financial services.


In a statement, the US outsourcing giant said that the acquisition of Exton, a company founded in 2006, will enable it to strengthen its European activities in the financial sector.

With operations in France, Italy, Germany and Morocco, Exton Consulting advises banking, insurance and asset management companies on issues relating to growth, digital transformation and innovation.
Accenture did not specify the terms of the deal.
