Just Eat: Liberum remains a buyer before results

(CercleFinance.com) - With the British group Just Eat set to publish its FY 2018 results tomorrow, an analyst at Liberum confirms his "buy" recommendation on the stock.


As the company has already communicated some KPIs for the year ended 31 December 2018, along with elements of its guidance for 2019, Liberum admits that it does not expect "a huge amount new from the statement tomorrow."

"We would expect management to reiterate a continuation of their strategy, which we think is the right one fundamentally although management could provide some reassurance on longer-term margin aims," Liberum explains. Moreover, although the share has risen by over 30% YTD, the broker sees "further significant upside". It has therefore set its target price at 1320 pence.
