TechnipFMC: 'significant' contract in Norwegian oil

(CercleFinance.com) - TechnipFMC announced on Tuesday evening that it had been awarded a "significant" contract by Germany's Wintershall Dea for an oil project located on the Norwegian continental shelf.


The integrated engineering, procurement, construction and installation (iEPCI) contract is aimed at increasing production at the existing Maria field.

As part of the agreement, amongst other things, the oil and gas group will supply, subsea tree systems, subsea pipelines and flexible lines.

TechnipFMC defines the value of a "significant" contract as one worth between 75 and 250 million dollars.
