Rolls-Royce: agreement with Cavendish Nuclear on SMR

(CercleFinance.com) - Rolls-Royce today announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Cavendish Nuclear to explore opportunities for cooperation on the Rolls-Royce SMR program.


Both parties will work together to identify and develop roles for Cavendish Nuclear in the design, licensing, manufacturing and delivery of the Rolls-Royce SMR.

Cavendish could also provide engineering design, validation and verification capabilities, as well as facilities and manufacturing capabilities, Rolls-Royce said.
