Rolls-Royce: appoints new CFO

(CercleFinance.com) - Rolls-Royce has announced ounces the appointment of Panos Kakoullis as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, succeeding Stephen Daintith who will leave the group, as was announced when the group unveiled its provisional results last year.


Panos Kakoullis previously worked at PA Consulting and will take up his new position at the British engine manufacturer on 3 May 2021. Stephen Daintith will leave Rolls-Royce on 19 March 2021, shortly after it releases its 2020 annual results.

During the transition period between Stephen Daintith and Panos Kakoullis, Ben Fidler will be appointed interim Chief Financial Officer. He is currently deputy CFO and joined the management team on 1 January.
