G4S: considers separating cash management unit
(CercleFinance.com) - British security firm G4S said on Thursday that it is considering separating its cash management services business, as part of a strategy to unlock substantial shareholder value.
The review of separation options has begun and is expected to be completed during 2019, the group said. The "G4S Cash Solutions" unit transports, processes and stores cash, providing secure international logistics for cash and valuables, the group said.
