Barclays: share to leave Stoxx Europe 50 before Christmas

(CercleFinance.com) - The promoter of Stoxx indices announced last night that from the trading session of 24 December 2018, the share of German industrial and medical gases Linde will replace the British bank Barclays in the Stoxx Europe 50 index.


The Stoxx Europe 50 (not to be confused with the Euro Stoxx 50) includes 50 pan-European big cap stocks from both the euro zone, the European Union as a whole, along with Norway and Switzerland.
