Persimmon: UBS adjusts price target

(CercleFinance.com) - UBS reconfirms its 'Buy' rating on the Persimmon share with a price target adjusted from 2650 to 2620 pence, which still leaves room for growth of 38% for the British housebuilding company.


“Shares look dislocated from fundamental value and price in margin compression of 12ppts to 18%” estimates the financial intermediary in the summary to its note.
