Morrison: Silchester cuts stake to below 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - The equity investment firm Silchester International has cut its stake in the British supermakets group Wm Morrison to 4.
97%, Morrison said on Monday.

The retailer said that Silchester's stake had fallen to below the 5% threshold that obliges shareholders to disclose their holdings.

The data showed Silchester previously held about 5.04% of the voting rights.

The money manager now holds 117.6 million voting rights, Morrison said in a filing.
