Diageo: former Reynolds American CEO joins board

(CercleFinance.com) - British spirits maker Diageo said on Wednesday that Debra Crew, the former CEO of tobacco firm Reynolds American, has been appointed as a non-executive director.


Before joining Reynolds, Crew spent five years at PepsiCo, where she was head of nutrition for North America, president for Americas Beverages and president for the Western Europe region, Diageo said.

Prior to PepsiCo, from 1997 to 2010 she held positions with Kraft Foods, Nestlé, and Mars. She currently serves on the boards of Stanley Black & Decker, Newell Brands and Mondelez.
