FDJ: in talks to acquire Aleda

(CercleFinance.com) - FDJ (Française des Jeux) has announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Aleda, with a view to acquiring this cash and payment solutions company, which is present in over 2,500 sales outlets in France, particularly in the bar-tobacconist-press network.


Since its creation in 2005, Aleda has also established itself as a privileged partner of suppliers of prepaid services, money transfer, and other related products, the gaming group added.

Aleda has nearly 100 employees in France, across sites in Limoges, Challans and Montpellier. The completion of this transaction is subject to the usual conditions precedent, notably the authorisation of the French Competition Authority.
