URW: two asset disposals in US and France

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) announced the sale of the Westfield Brandon Shopping Center, located in Brandon (Florida) in the US, for $220 million, and the "V" office building in Versailles, France, for E95m.


Management said that with these two transactions, it has now generated E4.7bn in proceeds from disposals since 2021, and constantly improved its credit metrics.

URW has now generated E1.6bn in total proceeds thanks to the planned radical reduction in its financial exposure to the US, and has achieved E3.3bn in disposals of European assets on its program, which aims for a total of E4bn.
