URW: partners AXA IM Alts for Triangle Tower

(CercleFinance.com) - URW (Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield) announces that it has signed a partnership with AXA IM Alts, acting on behalf of its investor clients, for the construction of the Tour Triangle in south-west Paris.


“The Triangle Tower will offer area residents new community benefits including childcare and health facilities and a cultural centre while providing occupants with versatile spaces that accommodate new ways of working together”, the real estate group says, which also highlights its exemplary conventional energy consumption.

The project will generate more than 5,000 direct and indirect jobs during its construction. The work, entrusted to the general contractor BESIX, is scheduled to start by the end of the year, with delivery expected in 2026.
