Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield: Oddo maintains buy rating

(CercleFinance.com) - An analyst at Oddo BHF today said that he is maintaining his buy rating on the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield share, remaining convinced - after talks with the group's management - about the interest of the Westfield acquisition.


The acquisition of Westfield is a large-scale strategic deal, similar to Unibail's acquisition of Rodamco, which formed the leading company in shopping centres in continental Europe. The broker believes that the company has unique expertise that will enable it to transform this acquisition and create value for the shareholder over the medium term, the broker says.

The analyst hence confirms his target price of 190 euros, which means upside potential of 31%.
