Soitec: Oddo BHF raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - An analyst at Oddo BHF today said that he is raising his target price for the share of Soitec group, after its Capital Market Day when management presented its medium- and long-term objectives.


The broker notes a multiplication of business opportunities (...) associated with an impressive diversification of its portfolio of substrates which meets major technological developments in both smartphones, the automotive sector, Internet of Things and infrastructures (5G, AIoT, Cloud, ADAS/EV, AR/VR...). It maintains its buy rating on the share.

Oddo BHF has set a corresponding target price of 105 euros, up from 97 euros previously, which represents upside potential of around 15%.
