Soitec: Jefferies initiates coverage with 'buy' rating

(CercleFinance.com) - Jefferies initiates its coverage of the Soitec stock with a "buy" rating and target price of 85 euros, seeing in the French manufacturer of Silicon on Insulator (SOI) wafers a "leader of a growing niche within semiconductor materials.
