Groupe Parot: returns to profit in 2016.

(CercleFinance.com) - After a sound year of growth, with an improvement in results in 2016, Groupe Parot intends to continue with this momentum: in 2017, it targets invoicing of 410 million euros to 420 million euros.


For the automotive distributor, 2016 ended with consolidated sales that were up 29% at 290.5 million euros, meaning organic growth of +7%. Operating profit soared 62% to 2.1 million euros, while the group reported a token profit (+0.2 million euros, vs. -1 million euros in 2015).

FY 2016 pro-forma, including acquisitions (VO 3000 and Behra) sales reach 399.3 million euros, compared with a target of 385 million euros to 395 million euros.

This year, Groupe Parot will focus on finalising acquisitions and their integration. The group targets sales of 410 million euros to 420 million euros and "a new year of profitable growth."
