CGG: completes sale and leaseback of headquarters

(CercleFinance.com) - In a brief statement on Wednesday, the geosciences group CGG announced that it has completed the sale and leaseback of its Galileo headquarters in Massy (Essonne, near Paris) for 59.
25 million euros.

For the record, it had signed a sale and leaseback agreement with Pramena Investment & Anacap Financial Partners last January, as part of its ongoing efforts to reduce its cost base and strengthen its balance sheet.
