CGG: BlackRock stake exceeds 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 13 August it raised its shareholding in CGG to above the threshold of 5% of the group's capital, and that for the said clients and funds, it now holds 5.
03% of the geo-science group's capital and voting rights.

This threshold has been crossed thanks to the receipt of CGG shares held as collateral.
