Valeo: strategic alliance with Ningbo Swell Industry

(CercleFinance.com) - Valeo has announced that it has signed a strategic alliance agreement with Ningbo Swell Industry - a specialist in the design, manufacture and marketing of interior and exterior automotive parts - for the development, production and marketing of the next generation of front grilles and panels, incorporating innovative lighting systems, on the Chinese market.


By combining their expertise, Valeo and Swell intend to offer car makers in China high value-added front ends incorporating lighting technologies.

Lighting around and inside the vehicle is one of the four pillars of Valeo's value creation strategy.
