Valeo: 600 million euro bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Valeo has announced the placement of 600 million euros of new bonds maturing on 18 June 2025.


This issue has enabled the group to place 600 million worth of 7-year bonds with a coupon of 1.50% on favourable terms.

BNP Paribas, Citi, Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC and Natixis acted as associate lead banks in this transaction. The funds raised will be used to finance the company's general needs.
