Nicox: reserved capital increase.

(CercleFinance.com) - Nicox has announced a capital increase through the issue of common shares reserved for a specific category of investors.

The issue amounts to 3,500,000 new shares, totalling 26.25 million euros in value.

The net proceeds from the issue will be used mainly to fund research and development programs of candidate drugs, the group's working capital requirement and the general expenses of the company which is specialised in ophthalmologic products.

The subscription price of new shares has been set at 7.50 euros per share. The new shares will represent approximately 13.6% of the share capital before the capital increase and 12.0% and after it.
