SPIE: CDC raises stake above 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) has informed the AMF that on 28 December its stake in SPIE's capital indirectly exceeded the thresholds of 5% of the group's capital and voting rights, with it now indirectly holding 7.
03% of its capital and 6.31% of its voting rights.

The French public financial institution explains that these thresholds were crossed following the receipt, as collateral, of shares in the multi-technical services group by CNP Assurances, which CDC controls.
