Spie: completes acquisition of Infidis

(CercleFinance.com) - Spie has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Infidis.


Infidis is a company specialising in the design, integration and maintenance of infrastructure for data centers with particular expertise in hyper-converged architectures.

The company has 63 employees. In 2020 production was worth around 70 million euros.

Management said that together, Infidis and Spie are now a major player in datacenter infrastructures, in particular hyper-converged in France, capable of offering customers complete solutions of integration and services for data centers.
