Elis: finalises acquisition of Lavanderias Triton
(CercleFinance.com) - Elis announces that it has finalised the acquisition of 100% of Lavanderias Triton, whose plant is found in the Madrid region.
Specialised in flat linen, it mainly serves clients in the hotel market. The acquired company also covers the cities of Barcelona, Malaga, Elche and Segovia through partnering service providers.
