Worldline: Q1 revenues up 11.6%

(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline has announced Q1 2022 revenues of 939 million euros, up 11.
6% y-o-y.

Revenues rose in all sectors - in Merchant Services (+15.8% organic growth), Mobility & Transactional Web Services (+8.4%) and Financial Services (+2.5%).

In addition, the process of selling TSS is on track and set to be completed in H2, as planned, it said. And that the acquisitions of Axepta Italy and ANZ's merchant acquiring business in Australia have been completed.

Finally, despite the impact of the conflict in Ukraine, Worldline confirms its targets for 2022 and forecasts revenue growth of 8% to 10% in 2022.

The share is currently a big winner in a flat market this morning - up 4% in the first hour of trading.
