Worldline: normalised net profit almost doubled in 2019

(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline has reported normalised net profit that is up 94.
8% at 301 million euros for 2019, or 1.63 euros per share, with an EBO margin of 25.3%, up 240 basis points on a comparable basis.

At a constant consolidation scope and with average exchange rates, revenues amounted to 2,381.6 million euros, up 6.9% in organic terms, accelerating throughout the year: +7.3% in H2 and +7.5% in Q4.

In view of its development priority, Worldline's Board of Directors has decided not to propose a dividend to shareholders. Worldline expects organic growth, profitability and cash generation to improve in 2020, in line with its 2019-21 plan.
