Elior: new boss to arrive in May

(CercleFinance.com) - The catering and services group Elior has announced the appointment of Frank Lacroix as Chairman and CEO of Elior Services as of 31 May.


He succeeds the veteran Gilles Rafin, who will retire after 38 years in charge.

Frank Lacroix will be responsible for accelerating the development of Elior Services. In the past, he held the positions of Deputy Managing Director of Energy at Veolia Environnement, Chairman and CEO of Dalkia, Director for Europe at EDF's International Division, and most recently head of the TER business at SNCF.
