Elior: in talks for a potential disposal

(CercleFinance.com) - Elior Group announces that it has recently entered into exclusive discussions with the investment fund PAI Partners regarding a potential divestment of its concessions activities, which are consolidated by its subsidiary Areas.


At this stage, any indication of the outcome of these discussions is indeed premature. The catering and services group does not wish to make any additional comments at this stage and will communicate in due course, in accordance with regulations in force.
