Elior: sets up innovative laboratory.

(CercleFinance.com) - The catering and services group Elior Group has announced that it has created a new co-creation space called the LAB, a space devoted to idea generation and testing in support of innovation, to “invent the catering model of the future.
”

This space of experimentation, co-creation, discovery, learning and prospecting, will support Elior's teams in inventing and implementing culinary and technological innovation projects.

The LAB is provided for all Group activities, both in France and internationally, for the catering and service teams (Elior and Elior Services) as well as for concession catering (Areas).
