SFR Group: several press titles to be transferred.

(CercleFinance.com) - SFR Group has presented a plan to the Express Group's Works Council to transfer titles from its written press section.


Specifically, SFR has confirmed its wish to develop its written and digital press activities, focusing on its titles l'Express, Libération, Point de Vue, 01 Net, A nous Paris and My Cuisine (previously Zeste).

According to the terms of the plan, Mieux Vivre Votre Argent should join the Valmonde&Cie group and integrate itself into its paper and digital press strategy.

La Lettre de l'Expansion will, for its part, be supported by Wansquare's digital strategy thanks to its takeover by Le Figaro, which wishes thereby to form the French leader in confidential economic information.
