Fnac Darty: procurement partnership with Carrefour.

(CercleFinance.com) - Carrefour and Fnac Darty have announced signing a partnership on cooperation in terms of purchasing household electrical and electronic products in France, an agreement which is set to be effective for negotiations with suppliers in 2018.


Both distribution groups will maintain their own commercial policies. This agreement will be subject to the prior notification of the Competition Authority and will be presented to the employee representative bodies of the companies concerned.
