Fnac: opens 106th Darty franchised store.

(CercleFinance.com) - The group Fnac today announced the opening of the one hundred and sixth franchised Darty store in Balaruc-les-Bains in l'Hérault.


With an area of on 575 m², this store offers all products and accessories for the home in terms of household electrical appliances, pictures, sound, multimedia and telephony.

Already with one hundred and five openings of franchised stores throughout France, with the opening of its new store in Balaruc-les-Bains, Darty has confirmed its aim to provide the 30% of French people who do not have a Darty store nearby (i.e. less than 30 minutes away by car) with access to a store.

Frédéric Loquin, head of development continued, saying that the aim is to go where we are not yet present and above all to offer proximity, with today's consumer - alongside all that is on offer on the Internet - in search of a real contact with a physical sales outlet and dialogue with sales staff.

Other openings are planned soon, continuing the deployment of the Darty franchise in France.
