Areva: signs three contracts for CEA sites

(CercleFinance.com) - New Areva has announced the signing of three contracts worth a total of nearly 9 million euros for the treatment and management of radioactive waste on different sites of the CEA.


The first contract is for the treatment on the CEA site in Fontenay-aux-Roses of liquid chemical waste nature and radioactive waste of different levels of intensity.

The second 5-year contract concerns the renewal of the operating contract for the treatment of waste from the Cadarache plant.

The third contract with the CEA in Cadarache is to ensure that the existing waste treatment station is kept safe.
