Edenred: 2022 earnings up 23%
(CercleFinance.com) - Edenred has announced a 23.
3% increase in net profit (group share) to 386 million euros, in line with the 24.9% growth in EBITDA to an all-time high of 836 million euros, at the top end of its October range.
The prepaid services group's EBITDA margin increased 0.7-point LFL to 41.2%, on total revenue of over 2 billion euros, up 21.2% LFL.
Edenred is proposing to pay a dividend of one euro per share for 2022, up 11%, as part of its policy of progressive dividend growth. The dividend will be paid in full in cash.
Finally, management has confirmed the targets set out in its new "Beyond22-25" strategic plan for 2023, which include organic EBITDA growth of over 12% and a free cash flow/EBITDA conversion rate of over 70%.
