Edenred: launches offer in Africa with Jumia Travel

(CercleFinance.com) - Edenred announces the launch of a payment service offer for businesses in Africa with Jumia Travel, the leading online hotel reservation portal in Africa, to facilitate and secure the payment of its 25,000 partner hoteliers.


For each booking made by its users, Jumia Travel will be able to pay the corresponding hotelier via a single-use bank card number issued specifically by Edenred Corporate Payment.

Edenred thus combines the issuing capacities of its payment platform with the interface developed by CSI, a North American fintech acquired in January 2019. It also strengthens its positioning in the Africa region.
