Edenred: BlackRock stake falls below 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, has informed the AMF that on 26 October, it cut its stake in Edenred to below the threshold of 5% of its capital and that, on behalf of these clients and funds, it now holds 4.
95% of the group's capital and 4.84% of its voting rights.

This threshold has been crossed due to an OTC sale of Edenred shares and the restitution of shares held as collateral.
