Carmila: appoints new deputy CEO

(CercleFinance.com) - Europe's third largest listed shopping centre company Carmila's Board of Directors has announced the departure of Géry Robert-Ambroix, its deputy CEO, who wants to take on new opportunities elsewhere.


In addition, the Board announced the appointment of Sébastien Vanhoove as its deputy CEO.

The Board has also decided to strengthen the mission of the lead independent director, Olivier Lecomte, in order to assist the Chairman of the Board, Marie Cheval, in her duties to ensure that the Company's governance bodies are operating correctly.
