Coface: completes acquisition of PKZ in Slovenia

(CercleFinance.com) - Coface announces that it has acquired all the capital of PKZ, a credit insurance subsidiary of SID bank.


PKZ is the market leader in the credit insurance industry in Slovenia with a strong market share. In 2017 the company received 15.1 million euros of gross premiums, issued for a mainly export-based portfolio.

Coface expects the acquisition to have a slightly positive impact on its EPS in 2019, with a neutral impact on its solvency ratio.
