Coface: organises 700 million euro syndicated loan.

(CercleFinance.com) - As part of the refinancing of its factoring business, after trading on Friday, Coface announced that on 28 July it signed with a group of partner banks, the implementation of a syndicated loan amounting to 700 million euros.


This credit replaces existing bilateral credit lines. It has been established for 3 years, with two options to extend it by one year each, which are in the hands of lenders.

This deal is intended to improve the group's financial flexibility, as well as a lengthening of the maturity of its refinancing, taking advantage of currently favourable market conditions, strengthening its relationships with prime banks, which thereby confirm their commitment to Coface over the medium term.
