Suez: EU clears sale of certain businesses
(CercleFinance.com) - Under EU Merger Regulations the European Commission has approved the acquisition of joint control of some of Suez's businesses by Meridiam, both of which are based in France, along with US based Global Infrastructure Management.
Meridiam and Global Infrastructure Management are both investment funds that invest in infrastructure in the energy and environmental sectors.
