Suez: first-half EBITDA remains almost stable.

(CercleFinance.com) - Suez publishes group net profits of 45 million euros for the first half year, impacted by increased taxes and restructuring costs associated with the accelerated transformation of the utilities group.


EBITDA sits at 1,268 million as at 30 June 2017, almost stable (-0.2% gross variation and 0.2% organic growth variation) for a turnover of 7,526 million, up +1% (0.9% in organic growth).

With an ambitious transformation plan and aside from the effects of GE Water acquisition (which is expected to finalise by the end of the third quarter), Suez confirms its targets for 2017.
