Getlink: proposed delisting in London

(CercleFinance.com) - Getlink ordinary shares will no longer be admitted to trading on a regulated UK market.
This is due to the proposed closure of the Euronext London regulated market by Euronext.

Getlink has applied to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to cancel the standard secondary listing of Getlink's common shares on the official list of the London Stock Exchange, effective from 7 am (London time) on 26 June 2020.

The Paris listing will be maintained without any change for Getlink shareholders in Paris, Euronext said.
