Getlink: dissociation of roles of chairman and CEO
(CercleFinance.com) - Getlink's board of directors has decided to separate the roles of its Chairman and CEO as from 1 July 2020.
From this date Yann Leriche will be appointed CEO and Jacques Gounon will be the non-executive Chairman of its board of directors. Jacques Gounon will retain the function of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until Yann Leriche takes office. As from 1 July 2020, Jacques Gounon will remain Chairman of its Board of Directors.
