Rexel: BlackRock increases stake above 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 9 May it raised its stake in Rexel to above the thresholds of 5% of its capital and voting rights and that it now holds 5.
10% of the group's capital and voting rights.

The crossing of this threshold results from the purchase of Rexel share on the market and the receipt of Capgemini shares held as collateral.
