Scor: finalises an acquisition

(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Wednesday SCOR announced completing the increase of its stake in MutRé SA: the reinsurer now holds 100% of its capital.


The acquisition of MutRé, which will have an accretive impact on SCOR's return on equity and EPS, is part of the "Vision in Action" strategic plan and is consistent with the group's announced targets for profitability and solvency.

It will enable SCOR, which has been a major technical and commercial partner of MutRé S.A. since its creation in 1998, to strengthen its Life & Health reinsurance service offering for its mutualist health insurance customers in France.
