Altur Investissement: sells its stake in Clinidom

(CercleFinance.com) - Altur Investissement has announced its first sale in 2018 - that of its stake in the CliniDom group, which is specialised in home-based hospitalisation (HBH) in France, and will thereby make a "significant capital gain".


Korian, which wanted to strengthen its presence on in this segment, will through this transaction take control of CliniDom. With this acquisition, it has decided to rename its entire HBH division Clinidom as from 1 July 2018.

Altur Investissement points out that it has been supporting the CliniDom group since 2012 and was associated with the founder's family, Yvon Leroux, and the Capital Santé 1 fund, which is managed by Turenne Capital.
