Korian: acquires Stepping Stones

(CercleFinance.com) - Retirement home operator Korian has announced the acquisition of Stepping Stones, a Dutch private operator specialising in high-end support of Alzheimer's disease and cognitive impairment.


Staff are specifically trained to provide complex care, according to the requirements of Dutch regional care offices.

The company manages a portfolio of 12 high quality villas (3 of which are in the ramp-up phase), representing 260 apartments, mainly located in the Centre and East of the Netherlands.

Stepping Stones' revenues reached 13 million euros in 2018. Stepping Stones plans to double its number of establishments in the next four years.
